  • $/unit Jan 21 YTD = $225.2K is a 20.0% INCREASE over Jan 20 YTD = $188.0K.

  • $/SqFt Jan 21 YTD = $249.66 is a 3.0% INCREASE over Jan 20 YTD = $242.43
