Portland/National Rental Market Update June 10 | 23 June 2010

Attached are a current rent survey for the Portland rent market and a national market rental projection.In general it looks like we are going past the bottom of the rental market, vacancies have stabilized and there is slight pricing pressure in favor of landlords.  Attached are a Portland Market Rent Survey from June 2010, covering the four county area.  In addition is an Article from NREI, stating that National vacancies have bottomed out and rents are beginning to climb.
