Attached is a list of individual Portland-area sales of apartment complexes greater than $450,000 in Nov 2013. Included are $/unit, $/sqft , unit count, year built and Cap Rate (as reported) and a comparison to Nov 2012 averages.
Nov 2013 (vs. Nov 12) shows total transactions stayed relatively constant, however, there were a higher percentage of smaller complexes sold which follows trend for 2013 so far. However, in terms of gross dollar sales, we project 2013 to be the highest year ever (eclipsing 2011).
