• Gross $ Nov 20 YTD = $1267M is a 38% DECREASE from Nov 19 YTD = $2051M

• $/unit Nov 20 YTD = $206.3K is a 13.8% INCREASE over Nov 19 YTD = $181.3K.

• $/SqFt Nov 20 YTD = $233.07 is a 12.3% INCREASE over Nov 19 YTD = $207.45

 

Some good news since it looks like Dec 20 will have about $600M in closed sales which is 1/3 of total 2020 sales in one month!
