• Gross $ Dec 20 YTD = $1854M is a 21% DECREASE from Dec 19 YTD = $2355M

• $/unit Dec 20 YTD = $208.3K is a 13.8% INCREASE over Dec 19 YTD = $183.1K.

• $/SqFt Dec  20 YTD = $234.25 is a 12.1% INCREASE over Dec 19 YTD = $208.99

 

Some good news since it looks like Dec 20 had about $584M in closed sales which is 1/3 of total 2020 sales in one month!
