  • $/unit Aug 21 YTD = $203.2K is a 1.2% DECREASE from Aug 20 YTD = $205.4K.

  • $/SqFt Aug 21 YTD = $238.78 is a 1.5% INCREASE from Aug 20 YTD = $235.26

This year is on track to have gross sales >$3.2B, which will beat the old record of $2.95B in 2016.
