  • Gross Sales $ Mar 22 YTD = $454.1M is a 12.3% DECREASE from Mar 21 YTD = $420.6M

  • $/unit Mar 22 YTD = $221.7K is a 14.4% INCREASE from Mar 21 YTD = $193.8K.

  • $/SqFt Mar 22 YTD = $272.88 is a 23.1% INCREASE from Mar 21 YTD = $221.66

The old record for gross dollar sales was $4.25B in 2021.  At this rate we may not be half that number in 2022.
