  • Gross Sales $ Apr 22 YTD = $779.8M is a 21.5% INCREASE from Apr 21 YTD = $641.8M

  • $/unit Apr 22 YTD = $230.4K is a 18.4% INCREASE from Apr 21 YTD = $194.6K.

  • $/SqFt Apr 22 YTD = $284.22 is a 27.0% INCREASE from Apr 21 YTD = $223.79

We rebounded thanks to ONE very large portfolio sale of senior housing in Vancouver, which accounted for $225M (71%) of the $317M April total.
