  • $/unit May 22 YTD = $238.3K is a 22.9% INCREASE from May 21 YTD = $193.9K.

  • $/SqFt May 22 YTD = $298.12 is a 29.0% INCREASE from May 21 YTD = $231.03

Still way more money than available apartments which accounts for the $540M May total.
