  • $/unit Sept 22 YTD = $235.8K is a 14.2% INCREASE from Sept 21 YTD = $206.4K.

  • $/SqFt Sept 22 YTD = $287.47 is a 16.5% INCREASE from Sept 21 YTD = $246.83
