Attached is an overview of Portland Metro apartment salesThe data is sorted by county (Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark) and summarized.  I’ve included the following metrics:

CapRate – As reported and may/may not be actual and should be used for trending purposes only.

$/sqft and $/unit – This should be accurate and as reported.

Sales Count – The number of transactions per year.

Data includes only sales of complexes > $450,000 and is courtesy of CoStar.
